TOKYO 2023

I had the fortune to travel regularly to Japan throughout 2023 for work with Tokyo Confidential.
Whilst there I did what anyone in their right mind would do.
I ate ramen.
Alot.

Hayashi in Tokyo was one of my favourite bowls of 2023.
