Millie Tang is an Asian Australian, multi-award winning bartender, internationally recognised hospitality figure and freelance photographer, ideas-man and creative all-rounder.
Her decade's+ long dual focus in hospitality and photography has equipped her with a multi-hyphenate skill set, allowing her to fulfil a unique niche and apply a diverse perspective to her work.
As a bartender, Millie has cultivated an industry presence that sees her travelling all over the world activating guest shifts, takeovers and residencies, competing in and judging international cocktail competitions and attending global industry and brand trips and events.
As a creative, Millie has shot campaigns, content and ideated creative projects for brands such as Hennessy, Belvedere, Grey Goose, Cointreau and Jack Daniels. Her scope includes all photographic categories, brand strategy, content and creative direction, social strategy, copywriting and travel documentation. In 2024, her artistic focus is set to expand into fine art and mixed media.
Millie has been featured across various media in multiple bartending publications, The Australian, Courier Mail, Coles Magazine and a 2021 Tourism Australia campaign.
She is currently based in her hometown of Meanjin/Brisbane, travelling often worldwide.
